GS Developments Ltd is a small property development and construction company based in Ruddington, Nottingham specialising in bespoke high quality new build and converted housing for the last 14 years.

All aspects of property development are undertaken in house including land acquisition, design, planning permission and construction.

GS Developments Ltd is LABC/NHBC registered and has been nominated several times for East Midlands building control awards for construction excellence and LABC warranty national award winners for best conversion at Scraptoft Hall Development in Leicestershire. This development had a total of 19 properties including eight apartments within a grade 2 star listed manor house circa 1723, six barn conversions previously serving as outbuildings to the main hall and five new build houses carefully designed to complement their conservation surroundings.
